The Reading Baptist Day School was established by the First Baptist Church of Reading to provide a pre-school experience for the children in the community. The staff strives to provide a quality preschool curriculum within a warm and friendly atmosphere, where children can improve skills, develop attitudes of cooperation and good social adjustment. Children are encouraged through art, music math, science, language and social studies to realize their creative and imaginative abilities. Physical development is also an important part of the program. Our ultimate goal is to have each child develop a sense of accomplishment in self-help tasks, become comfortable in group situations and cultivate a sense of positive expectancy for the kindergarten experience ahead.
